Christopher Doggett :: CEO
With over 25 years of industry experience, Chris has occupied a variety of executive, implementation and development positions in the insurance industry. Prior to founding Adminovate, Chris was the co-founder, President and CEO of AdminServer, a market leader in policy administration. At AdminServer, Chris oversaw the company from inception through nine years of rapid growth and wide accolades including:
- Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies list for three consecutive years
- #6 on the Deloitte Fast 50
- #3 on the Philadelphia’s Business Journal's Best Places to Work in Philadelphia
Chris was named one of Insurance & Technology’s Top 10 Innovators of the Decade for his work on AdminServer’s insurance policy administration system.
Christopher Gali :: Chief Architect
Chris is the chief architect and leads the technical design and management of all Adminovate development. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Chris brings a deep background in insurance practices and core systems. Prior to Adminovate, Chris served various roles as an architect, developer, and consultant where he focused on implementation of enterprise applications for a variety of large carriers such as AIG and Nationwide. Chris was the co-founder and architect at AdminServer where his expertise and vision guided the development of the AdminServer policy administration system.
Chris holds a MS in Computer Science from Temple University as well as a MS in Computer Science from St. Joseph’s College (Trichy, India). Chris serves on the Board of Trustees for The Franklin Institute for science and technology in Philadelphia, PA.
Duane Pressley :: CTO
Duane is deeply involved in the management and execution of all Adminovate’s enterprise insurance system development. Duane is a passionate software professional with over 20 years of software architecture and development experience.
Duane played a key role in the development and maturation of the AdminServer insurance administration software solutions. His expertise in architecture, project management, and core system implementations was an essential factor in the success of all AdminServer client implementations.
Jeff Mathis :: CFO
Jeff directs all of Adminovateʼs ﬁnancial planning and daily ﬁnancial operations. Previously, Jeff spent four years as a corporate ﬁnance investment banker where he focused on various ﬁnancial services. Prior to Adminovate, Jeff was CFO for a private real estate development group focused on transactions between $3 and $50 million. Jeff holds a BS in Civil and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He earned a MBA from the University of Virginiaʼs Darden School.
Jim Rourke :: CMO
With over 30 years of experience in insurance and technology, Jim Rourke's career has included executive positions with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and the insurance practice at Perot Systems. Jim also served as Chief Marketing Officer of AdminServer, where he led the sales and marketing team through major expansion, until the company was acquired by Oracle in 2008. Post-acquisition, Jim served as Vice President for Oracle's Insurance Global Business Unit (IGBU).
Jim holds a BS from the University of Dayton.
Rich Yeni :: CBDO
Rich brings a history of 27 years and increasing responsibilities in insurance sales and marketing positions with leading organizations such as PMSC, SOLCORP and AdminServer. Most recently, Rich was a minority owner and corporate executive, leading the business development efforts at Andesa Services. As Chief Business Development Officer, Rich is responsible for driving global revenue through new sales and business partnerships.
Rich holds a BS in Actuarial Science from Saint John's University.
Tom Flinn :: CCO
Tom's professional experience spans over 25 years in insurance and technology, during which he has held a variety of positions with large financial institutions that include responsibility in executive, management and consulting capacities. He assisted large financial and insurance institutions in the definition and implementation of operational strategies and managed sales and service teams. Prior to joining Adminovate, Tom was Senior Director at AdminServer and later for the Oracle Insurance Global Business Unit (IGBU) where he led a support team for Oracle financial services products in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and the Americas.
Tom holds an Associates of Science in Business Data Processing from BCC College as well as a BS in Management of Information Services from Philadelphia University.
Bill Bolton :: COO
Bill brings over 25 years of experience in developing and implementing leading products to the insurance and annuity market. He brings a deep background in designing enterprise systems for the insurance industry. In prior roles, he has been Vice President of Product Management for a large financial institution and was the co-founder of a technology firm where he designed and developed market leading solutions for the variable product industry. Bill has a vast experience in working directly with clients to identify beneficial solutions as well as utilizing technology to bring these solutions to fruition.
Bill holds a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from The Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
