Christopher Doggett :: Co-Founder
With over 25 years of industry experience, Chris has occupied a variety of executive, implementation and development positions in the insurance industry. Prior to founding Adminovate, Chris was the co-founder, President and CEO of AdminServer, a market leader in policy administration. At AdminServer, Chris oversaw the company from inception through nine years of rapid growth and wide accolades including:
- Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies list for three consecutive years
- #6 on the Deloitte Fast 50
- #3 on the Philadelphia’s Business Journal's Best Places to Work in Philadelphia
Chris was named one of Insurance & Technology’s Top 10 Innovators of the Decade for his work on AdminServer’s insurance policy administration system.
Christopher Gali :: Co-Founder
Chris is the chief architect and leads the technical design and management of all Adminovate development. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Chris brings a deep background in insurance practices and core systems. Prior to Adminovate, Chris served various roles as an architect, developer, and consultant where he focused on implementation of enterprise applications for a variety of large carriers such as AIG and Nationwide. Chris was the co-founder and architect at AdminServer where his expertise and vision guided the development of the AdminServer policy administration system.
Chris holds a MS in Computer Science from Temple University as well as a MS in Computer Science from St. Joseph’s College (Trichy, India). Chris serves on the Board of Trustees for The Franklin Institute for science and technology in Philadelphia, PA.
Jim Rourke :: President & CEO
With over 30 years of experience in insurance and technology, Jim Rourke's career has included executive positions with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and the insurance practice at Perot Systems. Jim also served as Chief Marketing Officer of AdminServer, where he led the sales and marketing team through major expansion, until the company was acquired by Oracle in 2008. Post-acquisition, Jim served as Vice President for Oracle's Insurance Global Business Unit (IGBU).
Jim holds a BS from the University of Dayton.
Jim Bambrick :: Chairman
Jim has extensive experience in senior management. In his 40 years in Business Management, Insurance, Financial Services, and Information Technology, Jim served as CEO of the A&H Division for North America within AIG, as well as CAO and CIO for its Domestic Life companies. He also lead the negotiations and due diligence efforts for AdminServer as Chairman during its sale to Oracle. At Adminovate, Jim oversees corporate governance, contract negotiations, and establishing the direction of the company.
Jim holds an MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS of Aeronautical Engineering from Penn State University. He also served as an Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer for the Recon Attack Squandron 9, retiring from the US Navy Reserve after 26 years.
Duane Pressley :: CTO
Duane is deeply involved in the management and execution of all Adminovate’s enterprise insurance system development. Duane is a passionate software professional with over 20 years of software architecture and development experience.
Duane played a key role in the development and maturation of the AdminServer insurance administration software solutions. His expertise in architecture, project management, and core system implementations was an essential factor in the success of all AdminServer client implementations.
Jeff Mathis :: CFO
Jeff directs all of Adminovateʼs ﬁnancial planning and daily ﬁnancial operations. Previously, Jeff spent four years as a corporate ﬁnance investment banker where he focused on various ﬁnancial services. Prior to Adminovate, Jeff was CFO for a private real estate development group focused on transactions between $3 and $50 million. Jeff holds a BS in Civil and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He earned a MBA from the University of Virginiaʼs Darden School.
